CRASH COURSE
BBC America enlisted The Ether to re-brand season 2 of Richard Hammond’s Crash Course. The show revolves around Richard training for some of America’s most unique jobs like a cattle rancher, stuntman, bike messenger and more.
The Ether created all aspects of the re-brand from the show open which involved a green screen shoot, to building the entire show package. The show open consists of sliding horizontal panels that reveal the different personas that Richard will be taking on for each job. This device is echoed throughout the rest of the package along with the use of clean swiss inspired typography and information graphics.
The collaboration was so well received that BBC has since had The Ether create custom episodic show graphics throughout the season.
