STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON
For Universal’s biopic about the groundbreaking gangster rap group N.W.A, we created a main title treatment inspired by the parental advisory warning. Before N.W.A, such warnings didn’t exist. We worked on the entire theatrical marketing campaign, and the logo we created was adapted for use on billboards, web banners and in a prominent social media campaign that went viral. If that weren’t exciting enough, our main title actually made its way into the feature film.
